Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") carefully before using our product. By accessing or using the product, you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept the status of a User of the services (hereinafter "User"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the product.
RocketHen reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Terms without affecting the terms and conditions that were in effect prior to the modification. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms each time they use the services.
Our product is a mobile application (hereinafter "Application") available for download via following stores (and corresponding mobile applications):
RocketHen is not responsible for any copies of the product downloaded from sources other than listed above and considers such copies to be unauthorized and illegal.
The primary purpose of the Application is to help Users make informed food choices when dining out. The Service provided by the Application includes convenient access to tools and features designed to translate menus, analyze ingredients, identify allergens, estimate nutritional values, and offer personalized food recommendations based on the User's preferences and fitness goals. The Application is owned and operated by Steelkiwi Inc., trading under the commercial name RocketHen, with its registered office at 160 Greentree Drive, Suite 101, Dover, Delaware, USA (hereinafter "RocketHen").

Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Application. This restriction is based on legal limitations on data collection and the provision of services to minors. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from using the Application, creating an account, or providing any personal data.
The Application offers both free and paid features. Paid features are available through subscription plans and provide enhanced functionality to improve the User experience.
You agree to use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and not for any unlawful purposes. Prohibited activities include spreading malicious software, violating the rights of other users, or disrupting the functionality of the Application. RocketHen reserves the right to restrict access to the Application in the event of a violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions provide access to premium features of the Application a specified duration. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms and automatic renewal policies outlined in these terms.
Details of subscription plans, including free trials and promotional offers, are available within the Application. Pricing and availability may vary by region and are subject to market conditions. Prices are subject to change until the order is placed.

Certain subscription plans include a free trial period, during which you will not be charged. The free trial periods available are:
Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time during the current billing period. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the platform where the purchase was made (e.g., App Store or Google Play). Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For instance, if you purchase a monthly subscription, cancellation during any month will ensure the subscription remains active until the current month ends.
To avoid charges, free trial subscriptions must be canceled before the trial period expires.
RocketHen reserves the right to modify prices at any time. When you purchase a subscription, you will initially be charged the rate that applies at the time you choose to subscribe. In the event that the subscription price increases at a later date, you'll get notified. This increase will be applied to the next payment due after you have received notice, provided that you have given at least 30 days' notice before the charge is applied. If less than 30 days' notice is given, the price increase will be applied to the next payment after the next payment due.
If you do not wish to take up the price increase for a subscription, you may cancel your subscription by following the procedure described above; no further charges will apply to you, provided that you notify us of the cancellation before the end of the current billing period. If you cancel and decide to re-subscribe at a later date, you will be charged the price in effect at the time you re-subscribe.
All subscription purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as accidental purchases or technical issues.

All rights to the Application's code, design, text, graphics, images, videos, and other materials belong to RocketHen. Users are not granted ownership or rights to use these materials except as explicitly stated in these Terms. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification of the materials is prohibited.
The Application displays photos and information sourced from Google and other third parties. We do not control, endorse, or verify this content and disclaim any responsibility for it.
The Application's name and logo are the exclusive intellectual property of RocketHen. Any use requires prior written consent.
Users may upload and share content via the Application (hereinafter "User Content"). Users are solely responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of their User Content. By submitting User Content, Users affirm that:
RocketHen reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts in cases of copyright infringement.
The Application offers translations, descriptions, and supplementary insights about menu items, generated using a combination of automated third-party systems and third-party information sources.
The content presented in the Application is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any specific purpose. We do not have direct control over the reliability of the underlying data.
Images of dishes shown within the Application are illustrative only and may differ significantly from the actual meals served by restaurants.
Details such as ingredients, allergens, macronutrients, and calorie estimates are automatically generated and should be treated as approximations. This data is not intended to serve as medical or nutritional advice. If you have allergies or specific dietary needs, you should verify details directly with the restaurant or other trusted sources before ordering.
The Application includes features that provide dietary suggestions and fitness-related guidance based on the Personal Data and User Data provided by User. These recommendations are generated through automated processes, including third-party systems and data sources.
Recommendations are based on automated interpretation of the information provided by the User and external data. As such, we do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or safety of any recommendation for your specific needs or conditions.
All food suggestions, nutritional insights, and fitness-related messages are intended for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or professional advice and should not be used as guidance to follow.
Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether the recommended food choices or fitness suggestions align with their personal health goals, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.
We do our best to provide a helpful and reliable service, but we can't guarantee it will always be perfect. Rockethen and its team, partners, and service providers are not responsible for any losses or damages — direct or indirect —that may result from:
You use the Application at your own risk. If you rely on the information in the Application, do so with caution and always double-check when it matters — especially with food choices, allergens, or health-related decisions.
RocketHen does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the Application. Issues may arise due to technical difficulties, third-party services, or user actions.
RocketHen is not responsible for data loss incurred while using the Application. Users should back up data as necessary.
RocketHen is not responsible for the content or compliance of advertisements displayed within the Application. Advertisers bear sole responsibility for their content.
RocketHen is not liable for actions or issues arising from third-party services integrated with the Application.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Application or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, regardless of where you access or use the Application. Any disputes or claims related to the Application or these Terms will be handled under U.S. law, without applying rules that would lead to the use of another country's laws.
If RocketHen chooses not to enforce a specific right or provision in these Terms at a given time, it doesn't mean RocketHen waives that right for the future.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest will still apply and remain in full effect.
RocketHen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published within the Application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
